The ULTIMATE BBQ Treat ... Brisket BURNT ENDS
The prized cut from a brisket. The brisket point has some serious fat content. We actually enjoy eating the point smoked just like the flat... however sometimes we "spice" it up and turn the point into Brisket Burnt Ends. Burnt ends basically are smoked until just about done, diced up, smothered in a sauce, then smoked to finish.
The end result is crispy... melt-in-mouth glory!
