The First Female President of Guyana

Filmmaker Suzanne Wasserman shares her documentary "Thunder in Guyana," about her cousin Janet Jagan, a white, Jewish girl from the midwest who went on to become the President of Guyana.

The lecture was part of the Fall 2012 St. Francis College series, Lectures By & About Radical and Progressive Women organized by Criminal Justice Professor Emily Horowitz.
