Ingredients
2 cups of all purpose flour
3 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 Tbsp of sugar
1-1/2 cups of milk
2 large eggs
5 Tbsp of butter, melted
6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
3/4 cup of chopped scallions
1-1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Maple syrup, to serve

Instructions
1. In a bowl, mi together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2. In a jug or separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and melted butter. Pour into the flour mixture along with scallions, cheese and bacon. Stir with spatula until combined.

3. Preheat a nonstick waffle maker. Cook waffles base on your waffle maker. Server right away with maple syrup.
