SLEEP STYLE Comparison : What's Your Favorite Sleep Position?

Are you sleeping on your back, side, or belly? You might have a favorite sleeping position or sleeping style, or you might change it now and then. And if you get pregnant or have some health problems, sometimes the way you sleep can change. In those cases, getting your sleeping posture right can make a big difference in how you feel when you wake up.

The truth is, in our sleep, we change positions as much as 10 to 30 times a night! And many factors are completely external, such as how comfortable our mattress is and how our bed partner is sleeping. Your sleeping styles can have different meanings. Like astrological signs that you read in the newspaper in the morning, our sleeping styles tell about who we are.
