Bearings, bushings and the shoulder bolt surface on a plastic lawn mower wheel wear out over time and become so wobbly and loose that they must be fixed. Many wheels don't have replaceable bearings. You can either spend the money to replace the wheel which will most likely wear out again, or you can try this trick that is less expensive and will last considerably longer.
