Keto Brownies | Flourless Low Carb Dessert

How to make the best keto brownies. Gluten free.

Ingredients:
5 medium sized eggs
150g (1.3 stick) of unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) of erythritol
100g (3.5 oz) of 90% dark chocolate (I used Lindt)
50g (1.7 oz) of Cocoa powder
1 tsp of Vanilla extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c (356f)
Melt chocolate and butter in the saucepan.
Add erythritol, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Start adding eggs one by one and mixing them in.
Move the mixture into the baking pan (mine is about 20x20 cm (8x8in)).
Bake for 30 minutes. The original recipe calls for 15 minutes, but it was not enough for me. You might want to check your brownies once in a while to make sure they are baking well.

Produces about 9 brownies (or one big brownie, depending how you look at life)

1 brownie contains:
2.3g carbs
23g fat
5.6g protein
240 kcal
