Lordstown Motors has agreed to merge with DiamondPeak Holdings, a special purpose acquisition company in order to take the company public! Once the deal is complete shares will be traded under the name Lordstown Motors and the ticker "RIDE". This news is also very important for Workhorse investors as Workhorse holds a significant interest in Lordstown!
