How to Spray Single Stage Metallic Auto Paint - Acrylic Urethane from TCP Global

This video focuses on how to spray single stage metallic automotive paint using a drop coat, control coat or a mist coat to even out the metallic flakes on the last coat. Acrylic Urethane from TCP Global was used for paint job.

3) Sealer: Autobody Master, Sealer Gray, SG1 from local Auto Value auto parts store
4) Spray Gun etc: Matco RL80, inline disposable filter, 26-30 psi, 85+ degrees, 15 min. between coats, no time waited for drop coat, Sears model# 106.173840, 1hp, 110v compressor, box fan out front door on low for ventilation, did not wet the floor for dust control, used lights in the corners of the garage to be able to see the paint laying out better (reflection).

Mix Ratio: 4 parts paint : 1 part hardener : 3 parts reducer (You can use more or less reducer depending on your preference)
