Pinoy-Bisaya version of Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken in Curried Sauce

Ingredients:
6 – 8 small slices of chicken breast
2 – 3 tbsp oil
Ground the following
1 whole onion
1 whole garlic
1 stalk lemongrass
1 stalk curry leaves
½ ginger

Add to taste
sweet soy sauce
sesame oil
black pepper stir fry
