One Time Cuts ► Cash Cow Or Avoid Them Like The Plague? Lawn Care Advice

So the other day I was out mowing some grass and shooting some video, and it got me thinking about mowing overgrown yards and one time cuts. I wanted to shoot a quick vlog and see what the popular consensus was on one time cuts and even mowing over grown yards.

It got me thinking about how last year we cleaned up pretty nice on one time cuts, vacation cuts, and all the little extra jobs through the season. But at the same time, it made me almost reconsider even offering that as a service, due to the potentially extreme risk we can face while mowing an unfamiliar property.

Not one to turn away easy money, usually I take on the one time cuts in the subdivision's that I'm in. But after mowing a field or two the other day while testing out some mowers, it got me thinking how there's no way I would mow anything that large, with all those potential risks, debris, and unknowns.
