The Consolidated PBY Catalina, known as the Canso, is a flying boat and amphibious aircraft that was produced in the 1930s and 1940s. A certified submarine hunter this aircraft was vital in protecting the Atlantic and it was one of the most widely used seaplanes of World War II. To get it flying again will need some serious repair work.
