This complete 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment renovation included a full kitchen makeover, and the replacement of a bathtub with a shower. Doors, closet openings, and floors were reconfigured throughout the residence, and custom wall-to-wall radiator/AC covers with storage and entertainment unit built-ins were installed.
Bringing a client’s dream to life is a challenge and a process that can sometimes take more planning than expected. In this case, the nondescript space with which we started was the exact opposite of what the client envisioned. Our challenge was to translate that vision into reality. This was the most difficult construction process and complete transformation of any renovations in our portfolio, and we are proud to have exceeded all expectations and created a warm, modern apartment that truly reflects its owner’s lifestyle.
