Kako napraviti tirit za baklavu možete pogledati u ovom videu. Tirit se nekada redovno koristio u pripremi baklave kao nadomjestak za jedan dio oraha koji su bili jako skupi, nisu ni sada baš nešto jeftini.
Ukus baklave sa tiritom se razlikuje od klasične baklave ali je izuzetno fin. Jednostavno se pripremi a baklavi da novi ukus pa kao da ste napravili drugu vrstu kolača.
Budite pažljivi kod pečenja da vam tirit ne bi izgortio. Treba da zadrži boju zlata.
Peče se 20 minuta na 150 stepeni.
