Ashtanga Yoga: Some Thoughts on What and How to Eat

In this video, I chat with foodie and KPJAYI level 2 authorised Ashtanga teacher Adam Keen about what we eat and our yoga practice. Adam has always had an interest in food and was at one time a chef at world-renowned Ashtanga Retreat centre Purple Valley. One of his central tenets is about keeping it simple and locally sourced.
I have had a lot of people over the years asking me to do more interviews related to food and the yoga practice, so hopefully this is one of many to come.
