🎓 New 4-Year Degree Programs (CUFYUGP): Calicut University has introduced the new 4-year degree regulations
. Students now have three options for completing their studies:
3-year UG Degree
.
4-year UG Degree (Honours)
.
4-year UG Degree (Honours with Research)
. Note: All Honours programs, including B.Com and BBA, will have specific specializations
.
For B.Voc programs, you can exit early with a UG Certificate (after 2 semesters), a UG Diploma (4 semesters), a B.Voc degree (6 semesters), or complete 8 semesters for a PG Diploma/Honours degree
.
📝 Key Application Instructions:
CAP ID & Password: Register using the student's or parent's mobile number. You will receive an OTP to generate your CAP ID and password, which must be kept confidential until the admission process ends
.
College Options: You can submit up to 20 college options (Govt, Aided, Self-financing) in your order of preference
.
Quota Admissions: ALL students (General, Management, Community, Sports, Differently-abled) must register online
. If you are applying for Management or Sports quotas, you must also contact the respective colleges directly
.
Details to verify: Ensure your +2/HSE registration number, marks, name, date of birth, and any weightages (NSS/NCC, EWS, non-creamy layer) are entered perfectly before clicking "Save & Proceed"
.
Printout: You must take a printout of the application after paying the fee to complete your registration
. Do not send this printout to the university; keep it safe to submit at the college when you get admitted
.
