HH-66 Vinyl Cement - Using Underwater

HH-66 is great for bonding vinyl to vinyl applications in a normal environment (out of water), it is as strong as sewing. Did you know that you can also use it underwater to repair and bond vinyl? In this video we will demonstrate using the HH-66 Vinyl Cement for a vinyl to vinyl repair underwater. Use HH-66 Vinyl Cement to repair or patch vinyl pool liners.
