We often get emails and CVs from motion designers who are dying to work with us.
Some of them are just beginners, however, we currently do not have the time to invest in their development, therefore we have no other choice, but to send their request back to their side of the table for now.
The most stubborn job seekers do not give up and are looking for feedback:
“Why am I not a good fit?”
“What do I need to know, so that you hire me?”
“What skills are important to become a good asset?”
“What is wrong with me?” =)
