Helldivers 2 - "Bug Farmer" - Terminids w/ Randoms - No Commentary Casual Diff.7 Gameplay

With the latest M.O. requiring the killing of a large number of Terminids in order to fuel the DSS, I decided to hone in on a build that seeks to maximize the number of Terminids killed. To achieve this, I brought the tried and true MG Sentry & Gatling Sentry combo, which both share an incredibly short cooldown while providing a strong/consistent source of cover fire. By strategically layering their uses and using both to control a bug breach, I was able to easily rack up large killstreaks at a time. However, to protect both of these sentries, I dedicated my last two stratagem slots to anti-tank weaponry - bringing both the Autocannon Sentry and the Spear.

In addition to providing strong anti-tank utility, the Autocannon Sentry also has the added benefit of targeting chaff enemies as well, which further bolsters this build’s identity as a cold, efficient, Terminid farmer. The Spear, while containing less ammo than options like the Recoilless Rifle, gives this build more fine-control of targeting heavy enemies that could threaten and destroy the turret setups this build is predicated on. And when combined with the Stun Grenades, ensures that practically zero tank enemies will be able to get close to the turrets.

Given that a turret-oriented playstyle that also utilizes the Spear means that fighting from distance is optimal, I decided to bring the Incendiary Breaker, which may seem a bit counterintuitive. However, instead of fighting up close as expected with the Incendiary Breaker, I decided to use it at range, peppering Terminids from afar with its vast incendiary spray of pellets, setting them on fire and easily killing weak chaff enemies like Scavengers and even Hunters. And when combo-ed with the incredibly deadly turret setups, no Terminids stand a chance against the Incendiary Breaker.

Overall, this build works just as intended: it’s an incredibly lethal and efficient Terminid killing machine that allows you to easily build killstreaks and contribute to the latest Major Order.
