How to do winged eyeliner for ANY eye shape!

Winged eyeliner can work on ANY eye shape, and I'll show you how!
In this tutorial, I will show you a few different techniques that I have used over the years of being a makeup artist. I will show you how to apply winged eyeliner for yourself, as well as how to apply it on a client. This truly is the BEST tutorial out there😉

I am using our Neon Nights eyeliner palette in this video. These are water-activated liners, meaning you have to get them wet to use. To activate these, simply dip your brush into water and create a milkshake consistency. This palette is great especially if you are a beginner. Because they are water-activated, if you make a mistake you can simply clean it up with water😊
