Ghost Rider may be considered weak in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, but that has never stopped JakoMan. Running a unique team of Ghost Rider / Felicia / Nemesis, JakoMan has cemented himself as one of the great low tier specialists of UMvC3. Ghost Rider relies on his massive chain normals and anti-zoning tools to play a keepaway game, and though he certainly needs help from assists, he can do some serious work when enabled.
