HOMELESS LIVE IN DEAD PLANES GRAVEYARD BANGKOK THAILAND.
We drove along the main, busy street of Ramkamhaeng in the city of Bangkok and saw all the planes just off the main road.

After our driver parked the car next to a makeshift, wooden fence with padlocked gate, we were greeted by a hefty homeless woman, who spoke no English except…. 600 each, around $30 to enter. She apparent appointed herself to be guardian of the massive graveyard which, I’m sure was private property and we would be trespassing.

She made it clear to our driver who spoke about two words of English more than her, that if we don’t pay, we don’t enter! Furthermore, We were not allowed to disturb the residents inside the planes or take pictures…So we paid and she informed us, with sign language, that we only had about 20 minutes for our visit! A fast shoot…..

It was an haunting feeling being in such an environment….a graveyard for planes. We had to be extremely careful as we explored the area because there were pieces of sharp metal sticking up from the long grass. Also quite dangerous climbing into the planes…totally unsafe.
