GL650 Build - Stripping The Fuel Tank To Bare Metal - LOOKS AWESOME! - EP13

The GL650 build is moving forward and you can now see the final look we are going for as I strip the fuel tank to bare metal! It looks so awesome with a grain sanded into the metal which I will clear coat over with some Spray Max 2k after doing an accent color. I am very happy with the direction the bike is going and can't wait to get it done! Be sure to check out other videos on the bike as well as other builds or projects on the channel!

I started with 80G on the DA to remove the clear and some color coat along with the sticker. I then worked down to 120 on the DA to get the primer off and down to bare metal. I finished with 220G by hand for the grain.
