As you all can see/hear through this video, I definitely do not allow my complete loss of eyesight to dictate my abilities, independence, freedom, or joy. Over the past 13 years of living completely blind with no light perception, instead of my blindness defeating me, causing me to live my life smaller, it has empowered me to live a life without fears, living each and every day bigger and better to the fullest! I have learned through the darkness that you do not have to have eyesight to have vision! When you live a life looking through a positive perspective, with a heart full of hope, faith, and joy, it’s easy to see the light everywhere around you
