Create an editable PDF with formatted text fields in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat

For the longest time, I could not figure out how to make In Design and Adobe Acrobat work hand in hand to create editable PDFs. Then I finally figured it out with this easy feature!

In this video, I will show you how to create editable text fields in In Design and how to format them using Acrobat. I wish someone had shown me how to do this years ago because the who process takes only a matter of minutes!

By using the convert to text field tool in In Design, you are able to insert an editable text field in In Design, and if you open that file in Adobe Acrobat, you are able to edit the text to look the way that you want.

I hope this video helped, and if you have any questions, please let me know in the comments below!

Software needed for this tutorial: In Design and Acrobat (which if you have the Creative Cloud, you should have both of these)
