Blaine Sumner – the “Vanilla Gorilla” - is The Superheavyweight Champion of the World in Powerlifting and holds the most Open World Records in the sport today. He has demonstrated his strength and power in a fashion that has never been matched. Regarded as the strongest powerlifter of all-time, he started off high school as a skinny 6’ 1” 140 lbs. freshman who couldn’t bench press 135 pounds and transformed himself into a 6’ 3” 400 lbs. monster as a lifetime drug-free strength athlete. Even while being enormous, he has recorded the highest Wilks score (pound-for-pound comparison) in powerlifting history.
