Smokers can be easily recogonized by the characteristic cough that inevitably follows after a long period of smoking .
First thing you should know is this : Your lungs will most probably become completely coated with tar within few years of excessive smoking .
Once created these blockages can result in severe chest pain and a disrupted balance of cells , which may contribute to the formation of cancer cells in the lungs ,throat and mouth .
Now coming to the solution : You should clear the lungs of toxins and tar which can be done by eating certain foods that contain compounds that protect or clean the lungs
Cleaning the lungs allows you to reduce the risk of infection and cancer ,increase the lung capacity and improve the general health of the respiratory system.
Cleaning the lungs is recommended not only for active smokers but also for passive smokers
For this drink , you will need
Water – 1 liter
Lemons -2
Mint leaves – 1 cup
Grated ginger – 2 tbsp
Bitter gourd – 1
Pour 1 litre water in jar .
Cut the lemons into slices and add to the water
Add the mint leaves
Grate 1 inch ginger and add to the water
Take 1 medium sized bitter gourd
Remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces and add them into the water .
Keep this mixture in the fridge for 5 -6 hours .
Then drink 1 glass of this water twice a day for 3 days .
Repeat this procedure once a month .
You will find incredible results in 3 days.
Bitter gourd has water- soluble vitamins like vitamin C, B1, B2 and B3 along with zinc, alkaloids, manganese and folic acid.
Bitter gourd plays a key role in preventing certain types of cancer. It stops cancer cells from multiplying.
Ginger is a powerful ingredient to cleanse the lungs . It contains several chemical compounds that help the lungs function more effectively by eliminating air pollutants from the air passages before they irritate the lungs. It also improves blood circulation.
