Erich Abraham was a German general during World War II, serving in the Wehrmacht. He commanded several divisions, including the 76th Infantry Division, and was involved in various battles on the Eastern Front. Abraham was noted for his military leadership and received several decorations, including the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves. After the war, he was captured by Soviet forces and held as a prisoner of war until 1955.
