How long does it take to start seeing weight loss results? I'm asked this question a lot by men and women who are about to start a weight loss program or they're a couple of weeks into a fitness program.

I think it's a very good question because all of us want to have some sort of markers to gauge our results off of and to make sure we're headed in the right direction with our weight loss efforts.
When you're starting an exercise and nutrition program, it's the first thing that comes to mind... "How long will it take me to start losing weight?" Then, once you start your journey, it's very likely you'll ask, "How long does it take weight loss to show?"
Well, in this video, I share common results you should see and experience during the first four weeks of your weight loss program.
Each week, I discuss what are some of the things to look for so you don't get discouraged. Keep in mind, everyone is different but some of the same principles apply. Each example explains how long it will take before you notice weight loss.
No matter what the scale reads, you're a winner for starting to take steps to better your health. Stay encouraged and don't let the scale define you and keep you from striving to become your BEST SELF!
