In this video, I go over the Air Force Reserves' newest cardiovascular test the 20 meter High Aerobic Multi-shuttle Run aka the HAMR. The 20m HAMR test is in its 2-year introductory phase and is performed in lieu of a weather waiver. There will be more videos in the series covering more parts of the HAMR so you can learn about it for your own installation.
