MOST RIVETING TURBO HAYABUSA VS NITROUS ZX14R RIVALRY TAKES CENTERSTAGE IN BIG STREET DRAG BIKE RACE

Enjoy the best of motorcycle drag racing as the Suzuki Hayabusa vs. Kawasaki ZX-14 rivalry is ignited and turbo, nitrous and extended swingarm top speed street and drag bikes compete in the biggest Australian drag race of the year, the 52nd annual Gulf Western Oil Winternationals. You will also see fast nitrous, stretched GSXR 1000 and ZX10 machines cut lights, wheelie, hit top speed in this fight to the finish featuring three IHRA Thunder 400 Motorcycle drag racing classes, Modified Bike, Competition Bike and Extreme Bike. We pick up Modified Bike in round No. 2 and take it all the way to the final round as Alan Annis Jr., John Lewis, Laeith Skinner, Russell Bell, Craig Banks, Phil White, Scott Mutch, Brian Alviso, Dayne Brandon and Tammy Goldthorpe battle in a dial in, bracket racing that is Australia’s version of Pro ET. We also pick Competition bike up in Round No. 2 as Mitchell Ward, David Hutchinson , Ethan Wright , Ken Collin, Jason Ellem, Peter Puznik and Craig Edwards battle in a class similar to NHRA Comp Elimination or Man Cup Super Eliminator, run off of indexes determined by Australian National Records For Each Category. Finally we also highlight the new Extreme Bike class, which is a heads up, Pro tree class where racers can be up to 75 inches long and wheelie bars are permitted. For now it’s just an exhibition class. Some racers are telling us they hope this could be the begging of a Pro Street class. Jason Ellem, fresh of the quickest nitrous no bar pass in Australia history battles Craig Edwards and Leith Darrach. Enjoy and share a truly entertaining event.
