4. Practice 10 Sentences with Me: Breakfast & Kitchen Basics

Welcome to Practice 10 Sentences With Me #4 — Breakfast & Kitchen Basics.

Today, we walk into the kitchen — and master the 10 sentences you actually use every single morning at the breakfast table.

By the end of this session, sentences like "I'm hungry," "What's for breakfast?" and "I'll do the dishes" won't feel memorized. They'll feel automatic.

🍳 Today's 10 breakfast & kitchen sentences:
1. I'm hungry.
2. What's for breakfast?
3. Can I have some coffee?
4. The toast is ready.
5. I want eggs, please.
6. This tastes really good.
7. Pass the milk, please.
8. I'll do the dishes.
9. We need more bread.
10. I'm full now. Thanks.

🧠 The 3-Stage Method (recap):
✅ DRY RUN: Silent rehearsal. Move your lips, tongue, and breath — but make no sound. Build each sentence backward, one word at a time, in a pyramid.
✅ SPEAK: Real voice. First slow and meaningful (delivery), then fast and repeated in one breath (compression).
✅ RELEASE: Let go. Soften your eyes. Breathe naturally. And notice — does the sentence rise in your mind on its own?

That moment of rising — silent, effortless, automatic — is the moment English moves from your body into your thinking.

💡 Tips for this session:
- Sit at your kitchen table if you can — context strengthens memory
- Imagine real family members across from you while you speak
- Don't skip the Release stage. That's where fluency is born.
- A short rest or short nap after this session helps your brain lock everything in

🔔 SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss the next situation: coffee shop, commute, work, dinner, and more — building your library of natural, automatic English one scene at a time.

💬 Comment below: which sentence rose first during the Release stage? That's your brain's strongest new connection.
