I joined a Chiang Mai cooking class/Chiang Mai cooking school – A foreigner tries to cook Thai Food

Patticha and I have joined a cooking class here in Chiang Mai. How to cook Thai food? In this cooking school we are going to learn how to cook Thai food. We will be learning five different dishes, so will I be able to cook Thai food? Patticha, as a local, knows how to cook most of Thai food dishes already. Will I, a farang (western foreigner) be able to cook better maybe? Let’s find out!
