BAKE, BATTLE & ROLL'S BRAIN FREEZE CHALLENGE | BeardMeatsFood

Ordinarily, I'm not one for the chugging...I leave that kinda stuff to Badlands...but it's not often you come across quirky challenges over here, so when I heard about Bake, Battle & Roll's Five Shake Challenge, I had to give it a crack.

Now the rules for this one are pretty unique. It costs £15 to order five rich ice cream shakes of your choice from their menu. If you manage to sink them all faster than the current record time, then they're on the house and you get a winner's certificate for your trouble. You are allowed to let them melt prior to starting and you can stir the shakes as much as you like before your first gulp. You also have to keep the shakes down for 30 minutes after consumption.

The record stood for a while at a respectable 12 minutes. That was until some savage by the name of Daniel came along and bashed five in an impressive 1.45. Daniel was smart...he ordered five strawberry shakes...but this ain't amateur hour...so I'm throwing down against two strawberry, two chocolate and one delicious biscoff!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.

Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.
