Nio 2021 Cars - Could They Be Tesla's Killer?
Nio has been touted lately as the Tesla killer in China. In this video, we took an extensive look in this electric car company that has been growing exponentially in China. Starting from the beginning when the company was founded in 2014 by William Li we looked at their core value proposition and battery swap technology that is faster than Tesla’s supercharger and even refilling of a conventional with gas.

Nio cars are so much loved in China that Tesla is now taking notice. Customers love all their models ES8, ES6 and EC6. Actually, Nio is the king of the electric SUV in China. All Nio owners will be quick to tell you that they not only enjoy the comfy car but the after-sales support from Nio that is exceptional. Nio is the first Electric car company in China to offer Battery as a Service (BaaS). BaaS is novel service from Nio which offers the customer the option of buying any of their three electric models without a battery and instead rent it for approximately $150 per month for six battery changes.
