The DBA | What It Is & How To Form One

The D.B.A, in my opinion, is the greatest type of business structure, by far, for entrepreneurs who are in the beginning stages and want to test things out before fully launching an entire business.

That’s why I decided to do this video to outline the wonderful benefits of a DBA.

In this video I’m going to share with you:
• The purpose of a DBA
• What you cannot do with a DBA
• What’s the point of having one
• The magic of having one and
• How to form one

Of course, as it is with anything, there are some downsides to obtaining a DBA and I cover those as well.

But if you are a serial entrepreneur and you are looking for a very inexpensive way to test things out and ensure that the product or service is feasible and that the business model will work… the DBA is perfect way to start.

There are plenty of DBA’s that are operating successfully without the looming worries of the stringent requirements that come with administrating an LLC or C-Corp. And even if you are an LLC or C-Corp already, you will learn how to use a DBA to your advantage as well.
