In this video, I'm going to review my second trip with Royal Brunei Airlines. As usual, their crew are super friendly and hospitable. Whenever you need something and approach them, they are always willing to assist you. Food served are great. It's great that they set up a mini snack bar in the galley and instant cup noodles are also available upon request. Amenities such as razor and toothbrush can be found in the lavatory. Legroom is pretty good.

My humble suggestions for RB. There are few things I assume. Firstly, hot or cold refreshing towel service could be provided as it's a super long flight. A bottled water for every passenger would be a nice touch up too if middle or window seat passengers do not wish disturb their fellow neighbours or press the call button during mid flight. I don't know how often or do the crew check the lavatory during mid flight. Perhaps the lavatories could be checked at a higher frequency and amenities to be stocked up. Another personal thought is about serving the second meal. I think the crew can start the service from the last row to the front so that all passengers, at least, get the opportunity to choose their preferred meals.

Royal Brunei Airlines owns 5 B787-8 Dreamliners, registration number of V8 from DLA to DLE. Onboard this aircraft, there are 254 seats which are 18 Business Class seats, 52 Economy Preferred Seats and 184 Economy seats. Business class seats can be turned into full flat-bed with 79 inches seat pitch and 21 inches width (from arm to arm) with 15.4 inches in-seat personal TV. Economy class passengers can seat 33 inches on average seat pitch and 17.2 inches width for most seats. It can be reclined up to 6 inches. All seats are equipped with 9 inches touch screen with USB charging capability. Seat 43A, 43K, 50A and 50K are windowless.

As of 1 January 2020, RB owns 14 aircrafts (5 B788, 2 A320ceo & A320neo) and 2 ATR72-600s which are operated by Malindo Air. RB is one of the airlines that operates the youngest fleet in the world.
