We are a mid-twenties bi-national couple - Nicole is Canadian and met Joel in New Zealand while traveling and living abroad on a working holiday there. Together we have conquered long-distance, living together for a year in Australia, both away from our families and friends, and have since got an apartment together in Canada.

We started vlogging to send a few videos home to our families and keep a record of all the amazing (and sometimes even mundane) things we got up to while traveling and living abroad. We've been filming snippets of our lives together since we met and really enjoy having these videos to look back on.

We're only now starting to slowly share them with others, so if you are watching and enjoy these vlogs, please let us know!

We had also posted a few 'main channel' style videos on a separate channel we titled "Nic and Joel" (while this has been "Nic and Joel vlog"). We have recently decided to instead post everything here on one single channel. Most of our videos will be in the style of vlogs, which we enjoy the most. But occasionally we will also be posting some tags, challenges, baking, and other fun 'main channel' style of videos. We're always open to suggestions!
