Multiple themes on a WordPress site seems like a strange idea. The best use case I can think of is if you have different categories on your site and you want them to appear radically different. You can accomplish this with custom post types (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYWya9IbBoY&list=PLlgSvQqMfii4qdGkBEavOHwqRqEzhhk5d&index=8) and custom page templates (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I29BI1CrNcI&list=PLlgSvQqMfii4qdGkBEavOHwqRqEzhhk5d&index=11&t=0s), but sometimes it's much faster and easier to just use multiple themes that are already built.
