We all know that the best part of a day out at the zoo, or a drive through the safari, is the opportunity to get up close and personal with the animals in all their glory. Yes, observing the animal kingdom is always a joy and a delight - as long as there is a thick glass barrier between us and them! Witnessing the world’s magnificent creatures safely behind a solid pane of glass isa magical experience, and inspires child-like wonder in everyone who is lucky enough to do so! When else would you get to stand just feet away from lions, tigers and bears? Oh my! We place a lot of trust in zoos and safaris to keep us safe, but what about when the glass starts to crack? That’s right, sometimes these dangerous animals want to get up close and personal with US! Today we’re counting down 15 times where the glass was almost not strong enough!
