Ingredients:
For the chiffon:
4 egg yolks
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/8 cup all purpose flour
1/8 cup cornstarch
(or 1 1/4 cup cake flour instead of APF plus cornstarch)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Meringue:
4 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
For the jelly and mango filling:
1 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon mango flavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
3-4 pcs mangoes, cubed
1/4 cup mango sauce
1 cup sweetened whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Chocolate sauce for drizzling
More mango sauce and mango cubes for topping
For the Mango Sauce: (or simply use mango puree and consume the cake within the next day)
450g mango slices
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2-4 tbsp water

*Bake chiffon in two 6-inch round pans for about 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 160°C. Cool completely in their pans upside down over a wire rack to prevent too much shrinkage
*Use same pan size (6-inches) as mold for the mango jelly filling
