Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken -500gms
Salt to taste
Black pepper-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Garlic powder-1 tsp
Egg-1
Cornflour-1/4th cup
Soy Sauce -1-2 tsp
Oil -to deep fry

Oil-2-3 tbspn
Garlic -4-5
Spring onion whites
Bell pepper-1/2 ( green, yellow & red)
Onion -2/small
Tomato ketchup-3 tbspn
Chilli sauce -2 tbspn
Soy sauce -1-2 tbspn
Sugar -1/2 tsp
Cornflour slurry ( 1 tbspn CF +1/4th cup water)
Spring Onion Greens
