[Gwent] Colluding with Syndicate

Pirate Cove Collusion has been one of the most requested decks in my twitch chat for the start of the season. While it's sorta just a bad Hidden Cache deck, it does have a couple things going for it. The leader is probably the strongest SY leader in a short round, being the most raw points of any SY leader in a single round, and probably the second strongest SY leader overall, but Cache is just so strong that it seems hard to get away from. When nobody is respecting collusion by killing your unique tags, the card can get a pretty disgusting amount of value. With all 5 tags in play it plays for 21.
