Guillow's Bird Dog Kit # 902 RC Conversion Build Slide Show

Thought it would be interesting to take a shot at building the Bird-Dog as a 3-Channel electric powered RC bird. Since the Hobby Zone Champ airplane is only slightly larger, it got me thinking that the geared motor, and control board would be ideal for the Bird-Dog, so that's what I used. Also used were Champ prop / spinner, wheels, and pushrods. Wings, fuselage, and other miscellaneous parts were carefully spray painted with 2 to 3 coats of acrylic paint, then assembled together. And the best part ... IT FLIES !!!
