More than just Bali: Indonesian food with Chef Budi! Indonesian cuisine in London

There might not be many Indonesian restaurants in London, but I've found Chef Budi- a professional chef who's started his own business selling AMAZING Indonesian food from his home in London.

He gave me an overview of what Indonesian food is and why it's so special. It might not be as well known as its neighbours in Thailand or Malaysia, but it's one of the most diverse cuisines in the world.

The Moluccas Islands in Indonesia are known as the Spice Islands- they're where both cloves and nutmeg originated! Each area in Indonesia has its own cuisine, and Chef Budi is trying to cook street food from all 34 provinces.
