"Mashbia Ani Aleichem" (משביע אני עליכם — "I adjure you") is one
of the most powerful Kabbalistic incantations against ayin hara
(עין הרע / the evil eye). Rooted in the Zohar and the mystical
teachings of the Holy ARI (Rabbi Isaac Luria) and Rabbi Chaim
Vital, this prayer systematically names and neutralizes every
conceivable form of the evil eye — black, yellow, blue, green,
narrow, wide, straight, crooked — invoking the Supreme Eye
(עינא עילאה), the holy white eye of divine mercy that watches
over Israel and never sleeps.

The closing seal cites two foundational verses:
📖 Psalms 121:4 — "He who guards Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps"
📖 Psalms 33:18 — "The eye of the Lord is upon those who fear Him"

The Hamsa (חמסה) — the open hand of protection — stands beside
these words as the visible sign of divine guarding.
