President Trump suspends visas again. Trump's H-1B Visa Ban also affects foreign nationals on H-2B, J and L visa. This time, Trump has placed a complete Freeze on Immigration to USA that further restricts H, L or J visas. Essentially, no new H-1B, H-2B, J, or L visa and dependent visas will be issued till the end of the year.

In this video, I will provide an immigration lawyer’s perspective on Trump’s ban on non-immigrant visas and how this will affect extensions, change of employer, change of status and new consular visas.
