Stuffing 饀
- 180g barbecue pork 肥义燒
- half of a small yellow onion 洋蔥

- 1 tsp of light soy sauce (optional ) 生抽 (可省略)
- 1 tsp of dark soy sauce 老抽
- 2 tsp of oyster sauce 蠔油
- 1 tbsp of char siu sauce 义燒醬
- 40g of golden caster sugar 金黃糖
- 100ml water 清水

- 10g of corn starch 粟粉
- 10g of tapioca starch 生粉
- 20ml water 清水

Dough 麵包
- 250g cake flour 低筋麵粉
- 50g of caster sugar 白砂糖
- 6g of baking powder 泡打粉
- 7g of active dry yeast 酵母
- 10g of lard 豬油
- 125g of water 清水
