How to build core strength for athletes
Former Navy SEAL Rich Graham covers a key training principle for building core strength while lifting. By using one sided exercises and holding a good posture you activate many of the core muscles that are normally neglected during sit ups and crunches and balanced lifts (two handed, straight bar).
