Chaos erupted Tuesday afternoon at the Narok County Assembly after Members of the County Assembly from opposing factions engaged in fistfights during a heated sitting to consider an ouster motion against Finance CEC David Ole Muntet.

Trouble began minutes after the session started when some members who had initially supported the motion appeared to shift their stance, triggering anger among colleagues pushing for his removal. Tempers flared as the Speaker, Davis Ole Dikir, rose to read the motion before voting could take place. The situation quickly escalated into chaos, forcing the Speaker to be whisked away by his security as the chamber descended into a battleground, halting proceedings abruptly.
