Hakka mother Lee Sok Mei makes sure her rice jar is full every year on the eve of Chinese New Year's and cooks a delicious "Long Bean Stewed Rice" for her children. The Kong family uses rice to make crispy and delicious "Mi-Cheng" or “Bi-Pang”.
